Bush- Wrong brother is running, America is ready for a president named Jed 7. Bauer- Liked him more than previously thought, running only to make sure abortion is an issue 8. McCain- 0.4% 11. Franken- 0.0% FINAL COMMENT Beam and I both thought Forbes would win it. He showed great support. I think he lost a lot of rail-riding voters with all the fireworks, balloons, and general show of wealth immediately prior to his speech. In general I think most candidates looked at the poll as a way to show their strength, rather than as a way to sway voters. This poll is not much an indication as to the future GOP runner. There were a lot of non-Republicans attending the poll who won't be voting in the primaries.
